Returns
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery, provided that:

The item is unwashed
The item is in its original condition and packaging
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products (fabrics and custom cuts):
Items that have been cut, altered, or used cannot be returned
Custom or special orders are non-refundable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or wrong item:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Provide clear evidence (photos/videos)
We will review and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you
Approved refunds will be processed within 3 – 7 working days
Refunds will be made to your original payment method
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
If the error is from our end, we will cover the delivery cost
