4. Pricing & Payments

Retail Orders (Nigeria)

  • All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦)

  • Orders are completed via the WooCommerce checkout system

  • Full payment is required before order processing

Wholesale & Export Orders

  • Prices are not displayed as fixed checkout prices

  • All wholesale and export orders are processed via quote requests

  • Final pricing is confirmed manually based on:

    • Quantity (yardage)

    • Product type

    • Delivery location

5. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Certain products, especially for wholesale or Asoebi orders, may require a minimum order quantity (MOQ).

6. Shipping & Delivery

Domestic Shipping (Nigeria)

  • Shipping rates vary based on:

    • Location (Lagos vs other states)

    • Order size (Regular vs Bulk/Asoebi)

International Shipping

  • Export orders are handled manually

  • Shipping costs and timelines are provided during the quote process

Note: Risk in the products passes to the customer upon successful delivery.

  • Wholesale/export orders are processed after quote approval and payment

8. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of fabric products:

  • All sales are final except in cases of verified defects or incorrect items delivered.

  • Returns are only accepted if:

    • The product is defective OR

    • The wrong item was delivered

Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery with clear evidence.

  • Wholesale/export orders cannot be canceled after confirmation and payment
